♥ Recipe - Chocolate macaroon

Look! the NEW area came into PICO World, the FRANCE!
what images come across your mind, when you heard the word "France"
of course, there are many symbolical things that representing France,
like Effel tower,  Wine, Tolerance(lol)..ETC"


but in my case, it is Macaroon.


actually i think it's not so delicious. (too sweet to me)
and its size is so small but expensive.
( it's 2000won/ea, 1U.S$=1,129won)

however i made macaroons :3 
Making macaroon is very simple but little bit delicated.












+ Recipe ) Le Cordonbleu :


ⓐ Almond Powder 65g
  Cocoa powder 15g
  Sugar Powder 100g


ⓑ Egg white 75g
    Sugar 35g


Notice :
1. the quantity of every materials should be accurate.
    if not, it'll be failed.
2. there are 2 ways to make macaroon.
    one is using "italian meringue ", the other is using "French meringue"
    and i used frech method in this time.


  • To make 80% meringue, get a bowl and combine all of ⓑ
  • Mix ⓐ and 80% meringue












  • Put the dough into bag, and  press it to make macaroon shape (2-2.5cm)
  • Dry the shaped dough till they lose luster
  • Place macaroon shaped dough on the pan and bake it in pre-heated oven for 10-12min/160˚
